  • Call recordings and call metadata when you initiate an inbound phone call to a number associated with Lead Control Media. Calls are answered by an AI assistant on behalf of Lead Control Media and may be recorded for quality, compliance, and verbal-consent verification purposes.
  • SMS consent records and message content when you verbally consent during a phone call to an AI assistant to receive text-message confirmation of your inquiry.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you have requested.
  • Send a one-time SMS confirmation message summarizing your inquiry, after you have verbally consented during your phone call.
  • Maintain records of consent for compliance with applicable law (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act).
  • Improve our services and operations.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

You may receive a single confirmation text message from Lead Control Media after consenting during a phone call. The purpose of the message is to confirm that we have received your inquiry and to summarize what you requested.

Messages are sent under the Lead Control Media Inquiry Confirmation program.

  • Message frequency: typically one message per inquiry.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for help.
  • Your phone number, SMS opt-in status, and SMS consent records are NOT shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information only:
