Lead Control Media, Inc. ("Lead Control Media," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI voice agent demo experience accessible by phone. By calling our demo line, you agree to the following terms.

1. Demo Purpose

The phone number provided by Lead Control Media connects callers to an AI-powered voice agent for demonstration purposes only. The AI agent is not a human representative. It is not providing legal, medical, financial, or professional advice of any kind. The demo is intended solely to showcase AI voice agent capabilities.

2. Call Recording

Calls to our demo line may be recorded for quality, compliance, and consent-verification purposes. By calling, you consent to being recorded. You will be informed at the start of the call that an AI assistant is handling the call.

3. SMS Consent and Messaging

During your call, the AI agent may offer to send you a text message confirmation of your inquiry. This offer is optional. If you verbally consent during the call, you will receive one (1) SMS message from Lead Control Media summarizing your inquiry.

• Message frequency: one message per inquiry.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive a text message is not required as a condition of using the demo or receiving any goods or services.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message you receive. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Your phone number and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the demo line to transmit unlawful, harassing, abusive, or fraudulent content. Lead Control Media reserves the right to block any caller at its discretion.

5. No Warranties

The demo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lead Control Media does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Control Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the demo line or any SMS communications. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed $100.00.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the demo line after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
